Heather Canaday graduated from Syracuse University with highest honors. She completed a degree in dietetics/nutrition (B.S.) and in nutrition science a masters degree. She also has completed M.P.H, a masters degree, the second one, in public health, concentrating the family and community health education in South Florida University, a well-known accredited college for public health.
Heather Canaday is a dietitian registered and is a Board-Certified specialist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in Sports Dietetics. She also completed her formal culinary training and acquired a personal training certification. She studied mindful meditation.
